Following a request from the industry, we are in the process of developing a 1 day Rates Overview Course principally for Customer Service Officers.
The course is being designed to provide Customer Service Officers with an overview of the NSW rating legislation,
with special training in the types of questions most commonly asked at the front counter.


Our usual locations are:- BALLINA, BATHURST, DUBBO, QUEANBEYAN, RAYMOND TERRACE, RYDE, TAMWORTH, WAGGA WAGGA.
